Who you are:

Responsible for the creation of engaging and impactful visual assets to support our digital media operation. Leveraging your expertise in design principles, and guided by performance metrics, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and digital media teams to develop content that resonates with our target audience and defines creative’s impact on campaign efficiency. From static graphics to dynamic video content, you play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and maximizing the effectiveness of our paid media efforts.


What you’ll do:

  • Conceptualize and design effective digital assets, including static images, animated graphics, and video content, optimized for various digital platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital media teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience insights, and performance metrics, and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights, competitive analyses, and performance analytics to inform content roadmaps and design decisions to proactively deliver content for maximum engagement and campaign efficiency.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and concept development to execution and delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, up and coming formats, and best practices in digital design and paid media, and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and elevate our creative output.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.


Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional digital design and/or graphic design experience.
  • Creative expertise with impeccable attention to detail and file organization.
  • Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and time management skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and nurture a collaborative approach to projects.
  • Comfortable with leveraging data to guide and inform the design team’s priorities and roadmap.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Web, Email, in-app, SMS/PUSH, paid social and display).
  • Experience in GA4 or other analytics platforms for performance reporting is a plus.
