The Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Operations team in Malta. In this role you will be at the heart of our customer experience, supporting our users, drivers and partners across multiple markets. You will work closely with our local operations, product and tech teams to ensure every interaction reflects the care, professionalism and reliability that eCabs Technologies stands for.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email and phone in German and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, payment or app-related queries efficiently and empathetically.
• Assist drivers and passengers with real-time issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Liaise with internal teams (Tech, Product and Operations) to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Monitor ongoing service levels and help identify recurring issues or areas for improvement.
• Contribute to building a knowledge base and help optimise our support workflows.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support, service operations or call centre environments. Experience in mobility, travel or logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, on a rotational schedule.
