FastDrop is not your average logistics company. We’re on a mission to become a €50M revenue leader in last-mile logistics by 2029 — and we’re moving fast. We’ve built the infrastructure, the tech, and the operational muscle. Now, we’re looking for a battlefield general to take the wheel of marketing, growth, and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Architect and own a multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, brand, performance).

  • Position FastDrop as the premium, tech-first delivery partner for tomorrow’s e-commerce leaders.

  • Lead customer acquisition campaigns targeting marketplaces, retailers, and cross-border couriers.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Close high-value B2B partnerships with international shippers, e-commerce platforms (TEMU, Shein), and global logistics players.

  • Own commercial proposals and negotiations — turning infrastructure (e.g., robotics, sorting systems) into revenue streams.

  • Collaborate with the MD on monetizing our tech and operational assets.

3. Growth Hacking & Customer Segmentation

  • Build a segmentation model to serve different delivery personas (scheduled, on-demand, B2B).

  • Launch data-driven campaigns with clear CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.

  • Build and optimize lead-gen funnels, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-powered engagement.

4. External Comms, PR & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Be a public voice for FastDrop — media, partners, and investors included.

  • Own board-level growth reporting, marketing KPIs, and investor updates.

Job requirements

What You Bring

Experience

  • 7+ years in senior marketing, business development, or growth roles — ideally in logistics, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplaces.

  • Proven success scaling early-stage or VC-backed companies.

  • Closed six-figure B2B deals and driven €MM in new revenue.

Skills

  • End-to-end marketing leadership: from digital campaigns to brand architecture.

  • Strategic thinking under uncertainty — you know how to build a GTM strategy with €50k and 2 people.

  • Tools: HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn Outreach, SEM, CRM, funnel optimization.

Mindset

  • Builder, not maintainer. You’re happiest when architecting systems and winning market share.

  • Commercially sharp, analytically curious, and biased toward execution.

  • Confident communicator with the presence to sit in a boardroom and the grit to work from a warehouse.
