As our Driver Supply Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success. You'll play a pivotal role in attracting, onboarding, and retaining a network of top-performing partner drivers, ensuring we can meet the growing demand for eCabs rides across Malta.

What you’ll bring:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in driver supply management or a similar role in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships and foster positive interactions with drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in using data analytics tools.
