Who You Are:

eCabs Technologies is in a relentless drive to optimise its robust, multi-channel ride-hailing platform, currently deployed in three countries, and with ambitious plans for future growth in multiple regions. In line with our aspirations to be a key player in the international mobility industry, we are currently on the lookout for a Growth Manager.


What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, develop, and implement growth strategies to enhance user engagement and drive incremental profitable business value across the ride-hailing ecosystem.
  • Design, launch, and optimise growth campaigns that focus on activating new riders and drivers, retaining existing users, and re-engaging churned.
  • Leverage CRM tools and platforms to segment users, personalize communications, and track the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that CRM-driven initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the overall user experience.
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to refine your growth strategies, measuring the impact on metrics such as CLV, retention rates, and driver availability.
  • Build automated workflows and campaigns within CRM platforms to ensure consistent and efficient communication with users, reducing manual effort while maximizing engagement.
  • Monitor and report on growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in user activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Stay informed about growth best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in the ride-hailing industry.


Job requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in ride-hailing or a similar marketplace environment, with a proven track record of driving meaningful business value through growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and tools, with experience in designing and managing automated workflows, segmentation, and personalized communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and present to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience in A/B testing and other experimentation techniques.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment and iterate based on data-driven insights.
