Job description

As Head of Marketing, you will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and market share growth.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, public relations, and event marketing.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and ensure their development and success.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track performance using key metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities within the mobility sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, media outlets, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.


Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the mobility industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
