Job description

eCabs is looking for a Human Resources Executive to join its Human Capital team. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the administration of Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives. This position provides front-line support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and internal/external communications with both employees and contractors.


Responsibilities

  • Processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and existing employee changes.

  • Responsible for the administration and interpretation of HR policies and programs.

  • Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information for payroll, benefits and employee files.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis.

  • Handle EU and third country employment.

  • Ensure that tasks, assignments and other assigned duties are kept confidential.

  • Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices and procedures to maintain internal controls.



Job requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations which require understanding, responsiveness and maturity.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.

  • Skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion.

  • Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
