We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence of eCabs, Malta’s leading ride-hailing platform, and Fastdrop, a premier delivery service provider. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategies, ensuring that both brands continue to grow and stand out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the business goals of eCabs and Fastdrop.
Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
Content & Branding:
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage the production of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Lead brand storytelling initiatives that emphasize innovation, quality, and customer-centric values.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media accounts, ensuring engaging and timely posts to enhance audience interaction.
Optimize website content for SEO and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies.
Analyze data from campaigns and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with the design and product teams to launch new services or features effectively.
Identify partnerships or sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives.
Innovate and experiment with new marketing trends and tools.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar marketing role, preferably within the technology, transportation, or logistics sectors.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an ability to think strategically.
Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and act on insights.
