Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence of eCabs, Malta’s leading ride-hailing platform, and Fastdrop, a premier delivery service provider. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategies, ensuring that both brands continue to grow and stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the business goals of eCabs and Fastdrop.

  • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.

Content & Branding:

  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Lead brand storytelling initiatives that emphasize innovation, quality, and customer-centric values.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring engaging and timely posts to enhance audience interaction.

  • Optimize website content for SEO and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).

  • Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies.

  • Analyze data from campaigns and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. 

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with the design and product teams to launch new services or features effectively.

  • Identify partnerships or sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives.

  • Innovate and experiment with new marketing trends and tools.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar marketing role, preferably within the technology, transportation, or logistics sectors.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with an ability to think strategically.

  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and act on insights.
