Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director. The PA will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, discretion, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, managing correspondence, emails, calls, and inquiries.

  • Coordinate and manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

  • Assist in planning and executing business events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.

  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data management, and expense tracking.

  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Provide personal support when required, such as handling personal appointments and arrangements.



Job requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations which require understanding, responsiveness and maturity.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.

  • Skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion.

  • Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
