Job description

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Product UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and help shape user-centred, visually engaging, and intuitive experiences across our digital products. You’ll be at the heart of our product development process — working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to transform complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that delight our users.
This is a hands-on role that blends user experience (UX) strategy with user interface (UI) design craft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements, define user flows, and deliver design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible, and engaging experiences.

  • Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organisation.

  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the quality of our products.

Job requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes and end-to-end product design work.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).

  • Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.

  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage feedback, and iterate quickly.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in presenting design concepts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in agile product teams.

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) to understand technical feasibility.

  • Motion/interaction design skills for micro-interactions and animations.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
