Who You Are:

As the Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating agile teamwork and enhancing team growth within our organization. With your expertise in agile principles and methodologies, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth incremental project execution and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. As the development team scales up, your facilitation to aid the team's efforts to align with strategic objectives and driving business growth through effective and incremental project delivery, is vital in aligning development.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate team scrum ceremonies such as the daily inspect and adapt meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to help them collaborate and ensure project success.
• Coach and mentor the development team on agile practices, helping them to understand that their empowerment, why they are empowered to manage their workload effectively and meet work deadlines.
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within the team. 
• Collaborate with the Head of Development as well as the other Scrum Master to optimize incremental project delivery and workload management, to ensure that the company's productivity and morale are maintained.
• Drive strategic alignment by aligning development efforts with joint business and product objectives, ensuring projects contribute to the organization's growth and success in an incremental and tactile manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in both, agile methodologies and the scrum framework, leveraging this knowledge to enhance the team's scrum skills and scalability.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience with Jira, particularly in automation, to streamline project management workflows and enhance team productivity. 
• Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
• Knowledge, certification and experience in Scaled Scrum, Nexus or SAFe is considered to be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
• A global system-wide and strategic mindset with a focus on aligning development efforts with business objectives and driving continuous improvement. 
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
